NIAMH's story

Based in Dublin, Ireland, and I am the eldest of 6 siblings. In my childhood, I always felt different from others and that everything was so magical and connected. I knew that I had views that were not congruent with society.   To “fit in” I began to surpass my true self and follow societal norms expected of me.
 
In 2020, during the pandemic, I began to wonder if I had a higher purpose and knew there was something more for me in this life. In December 2020, I began working with Claire McGrath and my life changed. Through working with Claire, I began to strip away the illusions in front of me and started to reclaim my power.
 
After 9 months working with Claire, I initiated the most exciting journey of my life and started training to become a mentor. Through my healing and becoming a Mentor, I will now share my gifts of awareness with others.
 
During my healing journey, a very prominent symbol kept coming into my awareness- the Spiral. It came to me in so many ways and holds many different meanings for my creation.
 
The spiral is the rhythm of life.
 
In-spire-all is a journey that will take you up and down the spirals of life.  Together, we will spiral inwards to re-connect you with your authentic self.
 
We will work on triggers, unconscious programming, and trauma responses to help you step back into your full power.
 
Through different modalities, such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, intuitive dance, and sitting with Mama Cacao, we will connect to the body, mind, and soul.

1:1 coaching- In-spiral-ing


For many, we walk through our day to day lives running on a script, a narrative provided to us by society. After a while, we start to feel stuck and unfulfilled. We become disconnected from our purpose and truth. Many of us want to make changes but don’t know where to begin.

In this 1:1 coaching, we will spiral inwards to explore and deep dive into your topics.
