30 DAYS OF YOGA
Create a daily yoga practice at home with a new class every day with me to show you the way. This is for beginners who wish to create and build up to a solid home yoga practice learning all the fundamentals of yoga along the way. It takes time to build the habit to practice daily. One of the most important phases of my life was my yoga phase where I developed a solid practice every day for over 10 years. It changed my whole life. All of my lifestyle decisions became about how I would feel on my mat the next day. I would eat lighter and make better choices so that my digestion would be good and my stomach would feel empty. You feel every decision on your mat. Connecting with your body daily on such a deep level through a yoga practice allows you to feel all of your choices. You will feel it if you don't sleep enough, eat inflammatory/heavy foods, drink alcohol etc. So the value in showing up on your mat every day is immense for your health. You will naturally start to make better decisions so that you feel better day to day. This course will begin on 11th November. You will get access to the classes for a month after the course finishes also so you can catch up or repeat anyones you like in particular.
